The annual capacity of optical fiber cable is 3.8 million kilometers. The company is equipped with 3 coloring machines from MS company of Australian, 1 fiber ribbon forming machine form Nextrom of Finland, 4 secondary coating lines (among which 1 is from Rosendahl Austria and 1 is from Nextrom Finland), 10 cabling lines and 8 jacketing lines and inspection equipments and instruments for all electrical, mechanical, temperature and environmental performance.

The communication optical fiber cable of TDGD brand has been awarded a Quality Free-Inspection certificate and China Top Brand certificate.

The company invested USD25.80 million in 2005 to develop railway signal cable, digital cable, inner shield digital cable, axis counting cable, responder cable and city subway cable. The 22000 square meter facility and inspection center has been built. The company purchased a three-layer co extrusion physical foam-skin line from Austrian Rosendahl Co., high-speed twister from French Podia Co., and equipped with advanced inner shield, cabling line, argon-arc welding and jacket equipments and purchased whole inspection equipment from Germany, American and Japan.
